Recording Has Begun!

Last year, our community was treated to a surprise CD capturing the voices of our children singing in the classrooms.  Giggles, clapping and toddler coos were all a part of this keepsake, and the response from children and parents was overwhelming: record another!  Well, we heard you and we’re bringing it back. 

This year’s CD will focus on songs that the children are learning as part of our official music program, so be on the lookout for its debut at the Winter Sing Along.  “Alex the Camel,” “Biddy Biddy Bum Bum” and all the kids’ favorites will soon be ready to fill your car rides home each day. 

MSGH would especially like to thank Mr. Jonathan and Ms. Yummie for the incredible investment of time they are contributing to this effort. Not only do they teach and tune, they spend significant volunteer hours lugging and hauling equipment to support recording sessions, then they spend many more hours editing and fine tuning.  When you hear the final product, please know that a lot of love and care went into its creation, and that throughout the process, your child also got a window into the process of production and how sound is captured.
